The Barn and Outdoor Sites

  • 2,300 Square Foot Barn

    built by local Amish craftsmen in the gambrel-style with cypress siding for a rustic look inside and out.

  • The Indoor Loft

    overlooks the main floor with 300 square feet of additional space. Lighting includes 10 sconce lights for ambient lighting and decorative string lights throughout. The structure is fully equipped with electricity.

  • Beautiful Outdoor Ceremony Sites

    are available including a pond and dock (under construction). The west side of the barn opens to a patio area great for outdoor festivities. There is ample surrounding lawn for outdoor seating.

Cypress Bridal Cabin

The Cypress Bridal Cabin has an air-conditioned parlor for the bride and bridal party to dress and prepare for her special day including private bathroom. There are also two guest bathroom facilities located within steps of the barn.

Catering Kitchenette

The Catering Kitchenette is available with a refrigerator and commercial warming unit (but no cooking appliances) along with running water and counter space.

Groom’s Cabin

The Groom’s Cabin is our air-conditioned hangout spot for the guys to dress and relax.

Cypress Cottage

The Cypress cottage with two guest bathroom facilities are located within steps of the barn. The Cottage also includes air-conditioned parlor for the bride and bridal party to dress and prepare for her special day including private bathroom.

Rental Prices

Wedding package price of $3800 includes two-day property rental during specified hours for decorating, access to property for photos, rehearsal and wedding / reception. Details are specified in rental contract. Purchase of a wedding liability insurance policy is also required which may be purchased from local insurance agents or online.

Events/Special Occasions – please contact us for details on hourly rental cost for other events such as corporate parties and family gatherings.
